Shrinathji Journal of Business and Research (ISSN-0975-7996) is an academic peer reviewed journal of the Shrinathji Institute of Management, Nathdwara, released biannually (Jan and July). SJBR invites original, research papers, articles, cases on Contemporary, Inter-disciplinary & Functional areas of Commerce, Management and Information Technology. While sending contributions the following guidelines must be strictly followed. Contributions that do not adhere to the guidelines will not be considered.

• The contributions/papers must be in English and the manuscripts should be prepared using MS Office software in Word format. The authors should follow standard format with Times New Roman font, size 12, double spaced, 1.5 inch margin on all the sides on A4 normal size paper.
• The cover page should have the title of the paper, author/s name/s, their affiliation, contact address/es, Email ids and contact phone no/s. The corresponding author should be clearly mentioned in the paper.
• The paper should have an executive summary (abstract) of not more than 200 words with 4-5 keywords.
• The names of the author(s) should not be used anywhere in the paper except the cover page.
• References, Figures, Tables, Charts, and Illustrations etc should be properly numbered. References should be complete in all respects and alphabetically arranged.
• All the submissions are subject to peer-review by the experts in the respective field. The contribution should be original and should not be pending for publication elsewhere, and should add new knowledge and/or provide information to the readers. All the contributions are subject to blind review.
